at Ullalti
The place of Maani Sri Ullalti Amma is located in
the foothills of Sallamale Hills, amidst the beauty of Kambala and Bakimaru fields. Mani, Ananthadi, Kellinja, Kepu,
Balnadu temples are the five Ullalti Kshetras in the history of Tulunadu. They
are also areas with a lot of reason. The main deity of the region is Ullalti
Amma, while Gudda Chamundeshwari, Panjurli
and Malekorati are the main deities
of the village.
Favorite
Fair
The time period for Mother Ullalti is a favorite
fair, while the gods stays seven days in the village. Naga worship is also
important. Once a year, the kambala
is decorated with pookare. Annadana
and a special religious function called Kambalakori
is performed smoothly. On the sankranthi day every month, a large number of
devotees visit Ullalti.
The treasure trove of Sri Ullalti Amma and
the deities from Maniguttu Chavadi is
a great place to reach the kshetra. Sri Ullalti Amma is a deity in the ornate
pallaki. It is customary to go after once the bhandara arrives.
On mecchi fair, the service is initially rendered to Brahma and then Sri Ullalti amma. A large sheet of paper is decorated with flowers, silver and gold and the silver faced mask of Sri Ullalti Amma is a grand seva of the mecchi fair.
